The POINT BOSTON development has been designed for every home to be able take advantage of the fantastic ocean views. We are environmentally friendly with rain water tanks, our own waste water system and aim to be electricity fee free. The community enjoys the wildlife, ocean, and is respectful to all and each other. It's a wonderful place to live and share with other likeminded people. Getting around is easy, there are purpose built walking/bike tracks around the development, or simply drive. There are several beaches, closest is approximately 100m from Sanctuary right out the front.
