IMPORTANT MAINTENANCE & CONSTRUCTION NOTICE – READ BEFORE BOOKING:

Our front entry & exit gates located on Mulyan Place will be undergoing substantial repair works beginning on the 11th of September, 2023.

The works are expected to be complete by the 10th of October, with all going to plan and weather permitting.

For those who will be booking a stay with us during the September – October period, please rest assured that there will be no disruptions to our guests.

However do keep in mind that during this period, there will be no access to and from the front entrance & exit gates at all times. All incoming and outgoing traffic must use the back gate of the resort, which is located on Heeb Street. Any guest arrivals will need to enter the resort from this gate. If the gate is closed at the time of arrival, guests will need to call reception to be let into the resort on (07) 5597 0650.

Please feel free to reach out to us if you need help or directions to our back gate on Heeb Street.

Please note that this hotel will not accept any reservations for groups in which all guests are under the age of 18. Any guests under 18 years of age traveling without a parent or legal guardian must present a signed letter from their parent or legal guardian accepting responsibility for any damages.

You must show a valid credit card and photo ID (passport or driver's license) upon check in. This credit card and ID must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation, and a copy will be retained by the hotel.
