Flooded with natural light, this charming riverside apartment creates a perfect base for both business and pleasure. You’ll be seamlessly connected to the best of Brisbane, while enjoying a warm and inviting space to make yourself at home. Stepping inside the apartment, open plan living and dining flows straight to the balcony. Sit here for your morning coffee or perhaps an afternoon wine, while taking in soothing city and river vistas. A breakfast bar and dining table make it easy to enjoy a meal at home, making use of the fully catered kitchen. In the evenings, kick back on the sofa with a central TV. The apartment has two immaculate bedrooms. The master is set with a queen-sized bed, side tables and reading lights and a ceiling fan. It opens to a private balcony and has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has a double bed and large built-in wardrobe with plenty of space for your belongings. Refresh within the main bathroom, with twin sinks and a spacious shower, while an internal laundry with a washing machine and dryer adds to your everyday convenience. Air conditioning is in the living room only and not in the bedrooms. Free street parking with a permit, that is supplied for one car.

Auchenflower is conveniently surrounded by some of Brisbane's trendiest pockets. Paddington, next door, offers a host of vintage stores and op shops, while Milton Markets are a hive of activity for produce, food and live music each Sunday. Take a short drive up to Brisbane Lookout Mount Coot-tha to take in breathtaking city views. From Auchenflower Station you can hop on the quick train ride to the Roma Street Parklands or continue on into the Brisbane CBD. Cross the river and you'll find the foodie hotspot of West End or check out Peach Cafe and Steamtrain Espresso in Auchenflower.
