Hi Robert, When I google 53 Victoria Pde,leads me to Excelsior Pde where there’s no river. Can you pls confirm add? We’re family not partying group.
Hi yes unfortunately google maps does take you to the wrong address..Its on the booking.com message when you book.. Hi we have not opened calendar too far ahead as may be putting the home as a full time rental, will let you know asap kind regards Robert.Answered on 25 March 2024PLEASE remind your renters to be mindful of their unnecessary noise as it carries over water and your last 2 renters used it as a 'party' house. If they just listened to how quiet it is here, they may realise that that's why we are residents, paying fees and abiding by the rules of the marina.
