Designated smoking area. 3 separate rooms have use of the shared Lounge/kitchenette area with fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso machine, T.V. couch, coffee tables. There is also a 2nd guest toilet located next to laundry room. Guests are welcome to share the Main Dining Area. Children are welcome, however be mindful that each room is set up with x1 Queen Bed only, unable to accommodate x2 single beds in the rooms, we don't have cots or rollout beds available. Highchair available. Access to the pool is through the main house adjoining the main kitchen or through the laundry room follow the path around back to pool. ALL under 18yrs old must be supervised.

We love gardening, travelling, good food, living well and learning about different cultures, nationalities and backgrounds. We endeavor to provide a high quality standard of accommodation and happy to accommodate special requests if able. Our property is fitted with a triple filtered water system throughout, water is drinkable direct from all taps. We have an area out back in the garden reserved for smokers. We use and recommend VIP Limousines a local transport provider, this is at the cost of the guest and pre-paid directly to the service provider pending their availability. Staying over the weekends, we generally bake early morning fresh scones and or bread, these will be served by 8am in the main house dining area. We are happy to share what is currently growing in our gardens at the time of booking. (seasonal and pending availability at the time.)
