Notes: - There is ongoing construction in the area, which may create noise during your stay. - Bins are located outside the sliding glass door in the dining room - Unlimited street parking available on Cooper Street and St Andrews Street - Parking in the courtyard of the property is prohibited. - CCTV cameras in common outside areas. Front Door, Back of property and lockbox. area - Access to the backyard is not available to guests. The courtyard can be used as an alternative.
