Quamby Estate offers 150 acres of land to explore and includes a unique and beautiful 9 hole golf course (Quamby Golf Course) as well as a heritage driveway and historic buildings that date back to the 1800's. The surrounding rural landscape, mountain views and nature compliment the relaxed feel of the estate. On the estate sits Quamby Homestead, once home Tasmania's first Premier, Sir Richard Dry. The Homestead is a beautiful house that offers 10 accommodation rooms, all different from each other in terms of decor and design, some with spa baths and fireplaces. There are lounges and a veranda for relaxing, otherwise for the active and competitive, board games and chess boards can be found in the lounge or lawn games in the garden. The Quamby Team never like to see anyone go hungry and there is a Tasmanian inspired beverages list as well as dinner, breakfast and tailored food options available at Quamby Homestead.
