Property info

"Pure Gold" is a delightful two bedroom (adults only) heritage cottage with modern conveniences including free WIFI. Both bedrooms are graced with period fireplaces, comfortable beds, hanging space for your clothes and convenient bedside tables with lamps and power points. Gorgeous honey coloured timber floors provide a soft inviting feel and compliment the modern decor and art work collection. Soaring timber ceilings in the open plan living area give a feeling of space and allow the overhead fans to work their magic. Overlooking the private rear courtyard, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials to make a meal. Choose from cosy indoor dining or alfresco. There is the convenience of a walk in shower and two toilet options. Fully self contained with laundry facilities, the cottage is located on a quiet residential street, across from a pleasant park and is an ideal base for your next visit to Fremantle on business or pleasure. Please note: Construction of a studio is due to start sometime soon in the rear of the next door neighbours property. We expect some disruption but have no specific timelines. Please reach out to me for updates prior to booking. August Update: Demolition completed and demolition/rebuilding of the shared boundary wall occurring 13th August. November Update: Temporary wall being removed and permanent brick wall being constructed. Timber frame is up.

South Fremantle is a local favourite with cafes and pubs within easy walking distance of the cottage. Fremantle is a 15 minute walk in one direction and South Beach is a 15 minute walk in the opposite direction.
