The apartment is modern and stylish, with a well-appointed kitchen and a two balconies. It has two stories, and each floor has its own balcony. These balconies, as well as the kitchen and other common areas, are shared and accessible to all guests. The balcony on the same floor as the guest's room is accessible for use.
