This cosy two-bedroom apartment in Albert Park is beautifully furnished with mint-condition original features and is just a 5-minute stroll from South Melbourne Beach. With a brightly lit corner kitchen cleverly designed to take full advantage of the available space, giving it a roomy feel. Prepare a delicious dinner roast using the in-built extra wide oven, plus ample storage space for groceries. The living room is the ideal space for some downtime after a long day. Stretch out and put your feet up on the wide three-seater couch and matching ottoman. A wide study desk underneath the window provides an ideal brightly lit space to send work emails and take Zoom calls. An elegant blue-grey Vedbo armchair seated by the window creates the perfect nook for a spot of reading. The two bedrooms offer comfortable queen sized beds, and are filled with natural light from wide windows. The single bathroom offers a shower bath for a relaxing hot soak, large white sink and timber framed mirror, and toilet. Please note the bathtub is deep and has high sides, so its a big step to get into the shower, this won't suit elderly people. The apartment also has central heating throughout, and an in-unit washing machine makes doing laundry a breeze. Please note, all linen and towels are provided. Some basic necessities are also provided but those that are not are expected to be purchased by the guest. We have found that guests purchase consumables that build up over time. This system seems to work well.

This apartment offers easy access to some of the best walking routes and eateries in the inner south east. The vibrant Albert Park Village is a lovely 5 minute stroll away along Victoria Avenenue. Start your morning with an invigorating walk along Beaconsfield Parade, a popular route with local joggers for its flat terrain and uninterrupted views across Port Phillip Bay. Have a rest at the iconic Sandbar Café, with a sprawling wooden deck metres from the waters’ edge, or at Bayside Social Café for its signature dishes, like the towering Halloumi Toastie. Return for dinner to Third Wave Café on Victoria Avenue, for its mouth-watering American style BBQ specials, including the Burgerrito, and Bacon Shell Tacos. The buzzing arts precinct at Gasworks Arts Park is perfect for all ages, with theatres, galleries, and parkland, or go shopping along Bridport Street in South Melbourne.
