Kick back & relax in this calm, stylish space and enjoy the beauty and serenity of your very own seaside haven. Luxury fixtures & fittings include : - huge living area + smart tv + wifi, - kitchenette with dishwasher, - luxury en-suite, - spacious master. Situated in pristine farmland near the fishing village of Rhyll with spectacular water views and all Phillip Island has to offer at your doorstep. Pleasant Point cottage is only available for a maximum of 2 adults with parking for 1 vehicle.The Cottage is light-filled and spacious with designer fixtures and fittings - think retro meets seaside kind of vibe. The outside patio includes a BBQ grill, a bar table and stools and seating for an early morning cuppa or maybe a glass of wine - in the afternoon, of course! The kitchenette includes dishwasher, fridge, kettle and Nespresso machine, toaster and all the cutlery and crockery you may need during your stay. Sit by the floor to ceiling windows in the Featherstone chairs and gaze out to sea, or watch the latest shows on the 55" Samsung QLED TV with 5G Wifi access. A good night's sleep is important, so please enjoy the spacious master suite with comfy QS bed, Actil hotel range bed linen, comfy pillows. Pamper yourself with Apotheke toiletries and enjoy quality towelling in your private ensuite with separate toilet, vanity and shower rooms.

The cottage is located on Phillip Island on the waterfront in rural farmland about 5 km from the township of Rhyll. Rhyll is a small, peaceful fishing village located at the north-eastern tip of Phillip island, 8 kilometres east of the island's largest town of Cowes, close to all the attractions that Phillip Island has to offer. Rhyll has two commercial centres. A general store and post office can be found inland on Lock Road, while Beach Road, which runs along the coast, features cafes, takeaway outlets and speciality shops overlooking the beach.
