In one of Darwin’s most sought-after neighbourhoods, this stunning home creates a luxury base to soak up the city’s relaxed tropical lifestyle nestled among beautiful gardens with an outdoor pool. The downstairs unit may be occupied by the owners, but you will have complete privacy upstairs plus unlimited use of the swimming pool. You’ll find cushioned alfresco seating on your large balcony—one of many areas to enjoy some fresh air. Get together for meals at home with a formal dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen with modern appliances and all the essentials. There is also a dedicated office with an ergonomic chair, monitor and printer for those working remotely. Each of the three spacious bedrooms are stylishly presented for your stay. Every bedroom is fitted with a queen-sized bed—topped in hotel-quality linens for a good night’s sleep—and comes with ample wardrobe space for your belongings. Two rooms benefit from neat private ensuite bathrooms, and there's the main bathroom which highlights a luxurious freestanding bathtub and a separate rain shower. Laundry facilities with a washing machine and dryer are in the garage, while parking is available on the driveway for up to three cars. For those travelling with infants, a travel cot, highchair, baby bouncer and pram are available upon request.

The inner-city suburb of Parap sits less than 10 minutes’ drive from Darwin’s CBD and Waterfront Precinct. It’s home to the much-loved Parap Village Markets, where you can sample the region’s local tropical fruits, fresh roasted coffee and mouth-watering exotic flavours, each Saturday. In the Top End, get up close to saltwater crocodiles on a jumping croc cruise, explore traditional and contemporary art galleries and swim under the waterfalls of Litchfield National Park. Don’t miss grabbing dinner at the famous Mindil Beach Sunset Market (April-October), which showcases Aboriginal art, fashion and a melting pot of delicious cuisines.
