Located at a convenient central location, this luxury boutique apartment is an exclusive sanctuary with a splendid vista of the skyline together set amongst a modern and lush tranquil setting. Features BBQ facilities on site and also a sparkling swimming pool with deck chairs to relax, unwind and soak in the sunny weather that Gold Coast has to offer. The booking in this shared double storey apartment townhome can only accommodate 2 adults maximum and it features a luxury Queen bedroom with balcony and a private bathroom. There is shared kitchen, dining and lounge facilities with TV in the apartment with the host. *PLEASE NOTE - There is stairs inside the apartment to access the bedroom located downstairs. Due to the internal stairs, this booking is only suitable for adults - NO elderly or children under the age of 15. Maximum 2 Adults only for the Queen room booking.*
I live here in the townhome apartment with my partner. I am an easygoing and friendly person who enjoys a chilled lifestyle, loves great food and eating out with my partner and friends, going on adventures and travelling, nice walks along the beach, as well as unwinding with a great book I am also a real movie buff. I like hosting as I am able to share our gorgeous apartment with people who are visiting or vacationing having short stays here in the Gold Coast by giving them a great stay and experience. I also like to meet new people as well as interacting with people from different backgrounds and walks in life.
Located high on the hills, 5mins drive to KDV sports, Gold Coast Sports and Leisure Centre, Carrara Gardens Golf Course, Metricon Heritage Bank stadium, Emerald Lakes Golf Club and Parklands. 10mins drive to Carrara Markets. 5 mins walk to all popular restaurants, food outlets and shops. 15-20mins drive to Pacific Fair and Robina Shopping Centres, Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise. 30mins drive to Gold Coast airport and 55mins drive to Brisbane. Property is accessible by car and onsite parking available. Nerang train station located nearby.
