Nestled at the base of Mt Ninderry, a short stroll to the mountain walking track, and short drive to the Wappa waterfalls, this acreage property offers country lifestyle and abundance of wildlife, with all the benefits of living within a short drive to the best beaches, restaurants, Eumundi markets and train station. You will have an entire main guesthouse on the upper level of 2 storey Queenslander with private driveway /entrance. There is a small lady-caretaker granny flat on the lower level
