Situated a close walking distance to nearby shops, restaurants and cafes and just a short 10 min drive to the popular Sunshine Coast seaside towns of Coolum and Maroochydore and the Sunshine Plaza Shopping Centre. The main bedroom has a king size bed with a walk in wardrobe, Dresser, 43 inch smart TV and air conditioning. The second bedroom has two king single beds which you are able to push together depending on your preferred configuration. Both bedrooms are dressed with quality bedding for an extra comfortable nights' sleep. Extra blankets are provided if needed for cooler nights. Cost of linen included in cleaning fee. The living room has a sofa that converts into a queen size bed. Extra linen is available for the sofa bed for guests to make up when required. Please bring your own beach towels. The spacious fully equiped kitchen contains a gas cook top, electric oven, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. Laundry consists of washing machine and dryer.
