You will enjoy the sunny verandah, line-dried cotton sheets, very comfortable furnishings and quiet starlit nights for wonderful sleep. Springton is a tiny hamlet about 2km away so Meander Retreat is very much a rural place, with no intense farming in the area. There are surrounding pastures and some vines but its mostly sheep and birdlife in the area. There's a few pubs and cellar doors within a few kms and large towns with shops are a little further. Meander is situated on the main road with the nearest town with varied shops and restaurants being 15 minutes away.
