Pet Let is a South Australian-based manager of pet-friendly holiday homes. We started in 2009, and now operate in SA and WA . We love creating wonderful pet friendly spaces for humans and their fur kids.

** All guests are welcomed with a lovely bottle of SA wine and chocolate ** This superb property is a luxury oceanfront holiday home in the heart of Victor Harbor. Upstairs there are 3 large bedrooms. The main bedroom has its own lounge area and verandah, an ensuite, walk-in robe and a laptop-friendly workspace. The other 2 bedrooms share a main bathroom, with bath and separate toilet. Downstairs are 2 large entertaining areas: the front lounge with views across the Bay, while the rear living, dining, and kitchen areas look to a fully enclosed covered courtyard. When measured against Livable Housing Design Standards (Australia, 2017) the downstairs area is rated Gold. Part of the downstairs entertaining area includes a sofa which can be converted to a queen size bed. This area can be closed off via a curtain. The large bathroom downstairs includes grab rails, drop down shower seat and accessible hand basin. The laundry is accessible via the bathroom. There are 2 TVs, Netflix, and Wi-Fi, books, and games. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven and coffee pod machine. Stepping out the back through double sliding doors to the covered outdoor dining area with gas barbeque, gives a private courtyard. There is a secure carport and garage. The property has ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning on both levels (and in each bedroom). Bed Configuration (Sleeps 6 +2): Main Bedroom: King Bed (Sleeps 2) Second Bedroom: Queen Bed (Sleeps 2) Third Bedroom: 2 Single Beds (Sleeps 2) Downstairs area: Queen Sofa (Sleeps 2). For those who don’t do stairs well, we can configure a curtained off area: please let us know when you book. The beds will be freshly made with sheets, pillowcases, and quilt covers. Bath towels, mats, hand towels, and tea towels are all supplied. Your well-behaved pets are very welcome inside. The property is secured by high fences. This property is not available for Schoolies booking and doesn't accept 25 December Arrival/Departure.

Best Beach, Walks & Parks Encounter Wetlands A lovely walk particular in windy conditions as its far more sheltered than the beach. Located at Matthew Flinders Drive (on the other side of Tabernacle Road) this reserve has shelters and a walking path to enjoy this natural haven. Encounter Wetlands is an attractive parkland area that utilises the natural wetlands of Encounter Bay. Esplanade Nothing beats walking along the ocean – there is a sealed path that takes you all the way from The Bluff (at the far end of Franklin parade) to Goolwa (passing through Victor Harbor, Hayborough, Port Elliot and Middleton). There are doggy bag spots along the way John Crompton Reserve John W Crompton Reserve – corner of Tabernacle and Nicholas Boudain, a lovely park with play equipment, gardens and a beach on the lake. Great for small and big kids alike.
