Enjoy a stylish stay in The Malt District, Melbourne's newest of inner city accomodation. This modern one bedroom has been set up with quality furniture & equipment. It offers a seperate study/dressing room & added sofa bed. The common roof top at night is quite possibly the best view of Melbourne, with entertaining facilities including a BBQ, kitchen & fireplace in lounge area. If you are looking for a relaxing time, enjoy the retreat rooms with steam, sauna, luxury spa & a fully equipped gym.

The newest of art & tech areas of Melbourne. The Malt District has been compared to the Meat Packers District of New York. So close to the best with Olympic Boulevard so Soccer Stadium, Tennis Centre & MCG across the road. Swan street Richmond at the end of the street, gorgeous furniture & fashion with Church, Chapel streets and Toorak Rd, amazing food all around you...and all walking distance, with Botanical Gardens just over the bridge. The best way is to walk it is all so close, everything you need, and easy Uber home! Also the trams to the City or Chapel St, from Swan or Church streets. Otherwise Richmond train station is at the end of Cremorne St, they will take you anywhere in Melbourne. There is visitors parking in the underneath car park.
