This contemporary, two-bedroom apartment has all you need for a comfortable and convenient stay in Darwin, providing an ideal base for families or groups of friends to discover the city's restaurants, markets, and natural attractions as well as being in close proximity to transport and amenities. A modern, open-plan kitchen, dining and living area provides a welcoming, light-filled space to relax or socialise with loved ones, with ceiling fans and air-conditioning throughout to keep you cool on balmy days. Enjoy expansive views through glass sliding doors, dining on the large, undercover balcony complete with a BBQ and six-seater table setting. Inside, enjoy meals together around the eight-seater table, with the well-equipped kitchen offering all that is needed to cook up a feast including a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, and other cooking essentials like pots, pans and utensils. This two-bedroom apartment accomodates five guests. The master bedroom and second bedroom offer the option of a king-size bed or twin beds, while the living area features a double sofa bed. The light and contemporary master bedroom includes an ensuite and a walk-in robe. In the main bathroom, you'll find a shower and all the essentials – soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hairdryer – for guest use. When you're not relaxing on the balcony or exploring the sights, make the most of the building's shared pool on the ground floor by taking a dip to cool down on a hot day. Other conveniences include Wi-Fi and a work desk, laundry facilities including a washing machine and dryer, and secure parking for one car on the premises. A porta cot and high chair are available upon request at no extra cost. Please let us know at the time of booking if you’d like to use these amenities during your stay.

Mindil Beach Sunset Market is a 20-minute walk or a few minutes’ drive, and is held from April-October. Visitors can discover a range of food stalls, arts and crafts and live entertainment. George Brown Darwin Botanic Gardens is a short stroll from the market, where you can explore an extensive array of plants from northern Australia and tropical areas around the world. Take a break from sightseeing and enjoy coffee and cake at the garden's onsite eatery, Eva's Cafe. Other local attractions include the casino, Charles Darwin National Park and Lookout, and the Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory.
