Boasting free WiFi, Kubba Roonga Guesthouse is a 4.5 star heritage guesthouse set amongst beautiful English-style gardens. Built in 1915, this charming retreat is just 10 minutes’ walk from Blackheath Village. Guests can enjoy hiking in the World Heritage Blue Mountains National Park, just 5 minutes’ drive away. The property is 3 minutes’ drive from Blackheath Golf Course and within 10 minutes’ walk from a variety of shopping and dining options. The guesthouse features communal lounge areas with an open fireplace operating in the winter season and a lovely gas log fireplace operating for all year round comfort. The Guesthouse is air-conditioned to keep you cool inside on summers days. A complimentary glass of port is provided for all guests.The property also offers tea/coffee facilities and a variety of books, games and puzzles. Homemade scones and Devonshire Teas can be enjoyed at the on-site cafe. All guest rooms offer an en-suite bathroom, and some feature a spa bath. The rooms are furnished with heritage décor, and enhanced with modern luxuries such as electric blankets, bathrobes, tea/coffee making facilities, ironing supplies and a TV. Guests enjoy free chocolates upon arrival, weekend newspapers are provided, and enjoy a Lavish spread from our Complimentary Daily Continental Breakfast (FREE).

It was built as a private residence in 1915 and aptly named "Kubba Roonga", which means "Peaceful Place" in the language of the local Aboriginals. ......
