BEDROOM: The bedrooms have queen-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. We don't have wardrobes in the bedrooms but we have shelves with a clothing rack and dresser. BATHROOM: The bathroom has a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and body wash. You will need to re-stock depending on usage frequency and length of stay. KITCHEN: You can use the kitchen if you're craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have access to: - fridge/freezer - stovetop - microwave - oven - crockery and cutlery - toaster - electric kettle Note: We do not have a dishwasher on the property. We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as muesli, milk, coffee, and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays. LIVING ROOM: The living room has an LG smart TV that you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. It also has access to all local channels. Note that we don't provide Netflix, YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account. LAUNDRY AREA: A washer-dryer combo is available for your use, as well as an iron and ironing board. PARKING: There's an available 1 car space for this property. Free street parking on The Causeway, Dawes, Parbery & Cunningham Street ranging from 15 minutes to 3 hours. COMMON AREAS & AMENITIES: You will have access to the common garden or rooftop throughout your stay. The common areas are managed by the building management and can be closed without prior notice to owners.
