    Hello, yes that would be fine. We have a lockbox organised, so that you can retrieve the Guest Suite key and let yourself in at the time that suits you after 2pm. I would send you all the details the day before you arrive. ☺️ Kym.

    Hello, yes the Guest Suite is fully self contained. There is no sharing. The bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom, toilet and computer nook are all exclusively for the guest.

You will love staying at our Kincumber Guest Suite, which is conveniently set in a secluded, self-contained, private section of our home, with it's own private entrance. The suite is suitable for a single person or a couple with a garden view bedroom that has a comfy Queen size bed. There is a kitchenette where you can make yourself a hot drink, eat the cereal or porridge provided or cook up a meal on the electric hotplate, supplied with pots and pans, and the cutlery and crockery required. Enjoy the separate toilet room and light filled bathroom with a shower and bathtub. On fine days you can enjoy the outdoor lounge in the front garden or eat at the table and chairs provided as you watch the fish in the fish pond.
Kincumber Guest suite is located in a quiet family-oriented cul-de-sac near Kincumba Mountain. We are only 5 minutes away from shops, including a Coles Supermarket, restaurants, a pub and more. We are also only minutes away from walking trails through the mountain and along Kincumber foreshore. A ten minute drive will get you to the delights of Avoca, Terrigal or Mc Masters beaches. or in the other direction to the peaceful waterfronts of Davistown, Saratoga and Greenpoint.
