Enjoy water edge access and take out the 4 kayaks (2 for adults and 2 for children) for an adventure on the marina. Inside, the gourmet kitchen is centred around a sleek island bench allowing ample space to socialise and prepare meals. It comes fully kitted with high-end appliances and utensils including an oven with induction stovetop, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, blender, sandwich press, rice cooker, and much more, complete with a dishwasher for easy clean-up. Make use of the walk-in butler's pantry with a wash-up area, huge pantry and dual-zone bar fridge to keep your wine and other beverages at the desired temperature. Sit down at the large eight-person dining table, opening the doors and allowing the natural breezes to stream through. Afterwards, relax on the oversized leather sofa, or kick your legs up in the media room, which creates a true cinema experience at home. Both are equipped with Samsung 65-inch UHD LED Smart TVs and Foxtel Premium for streaming. A dedicated study nook and free Wi-Fi throughout accommodates those on a working holiday. Each of the five bedrooms has been immaculately set up with hotel-quality linen, privacy locks and black-out curtains to promote a good night’s sleep.

The beautiful inner-city suburb of Bayview sits less than 10 minutes’ drive from the CBD and lies on the cusp of Charles Darwin National Park and the bay area. It boasts a stunning Marina, excellent walking trails around the waterfront and mountain biking on the Charles Darwin tracks. Explore the historic sites of the national park and take in sweeping views across the Darwin skyline from the lookout platform. Don’t miss sampling the region’s local tropical fruits, fresh roasted coffee and exotic flavours at the nearby Parap Village Markets, held each Saturday. In the city centre you can discover Darwin’s notable attractions such as the Darwin Botanic Gardens, Mindil Beach Sunset Markets, Lagoon and Crocosaurus Cove all within easy reach.
