Additional fees apply otherwise • Strictly no smoking or drugs – please smoke outside • Follow departure Check List when vacating • Leave the property in a similar state to how you found it • Remove your belongings prior to departure, includes food and garbage • Lock & secure the property at all times when unattended • If keys are lost a fee of eight hundred and fifty dollars will be charged A deduction may be made from bonds if the above is breached in any way. The house is great for large families or groups, singles, couples and business travelers. This is a residential neighbourhood, therefore we don't allow parties or events at the house. There is a security camera over the entrance. You will be requested to provide photo ID prior to check in.
