The fully self contained villa sleeps 6 and has everything for a comfortable stay. The Villa has 2 bedrooms both with queen beds and 1 pull out sofa bed in the lounge room. There is 1 bathroom with a shower and toilet and an open plan combined kitchen/living/dining room area that are fully equipped to cater for your needs. There is also a laundry with a washing machine available for use. We have gone ahead and included all the necessities such as; a small one burner electric hob, a small bench top oven, a rice cooker, toasted sandwich maker, toaster & kettle, microwave, air fryer, slow cooker & electric frying pan. Please see pictures for details. We also supply some basic pantry items along with limited tea, coffee, small long life milk, shampoo, conditioner and body wash along with cleaning products. Your linen is also provided during your stay, sheets, doonas, pillows, towels etc. Street parking is available to guests however cannot be guaranteed as it is not designated parking.

Close to everything! This centrally located place is a private space to relax and enjoy. Only 15 mins from the New Shellharbour Marina. A 25 minute drive to Wollongong with shops, cafes, restaurants, beautiful beaches along the South Coast to explore. We are also located 5km from Shellharbour Airport. And best of all, Albion Park town centre is only a 3 minute drive and 10 minute flat walk (1km) away with Woolworths, Pub, RSL, Bowling Club and numerous takeaway shops. Calderwood Golf Course is a 5 minute drive.
