Located directly opposite Surfers Paradise Beach, Hi Surf Beachfront Apartments feature self-contained accommodations with a private balcony. Hi Surf Beachfront Resort Apartments is a modern 28 story building perfectly located on the Esplanade at Surfers Paradise, overlooking the world famous beach that is patrolled all year round. Most apartments have large balconies and magnificent, uninterrupted, panoramic ocean and beach views. Our beachfront accommodation Gold Coast sets the scene for a truly unforgettable family break. The “lifesaver” patrolled swimming area, with the famous red and yellow flags, is immediately in front of Hi Surf. Unwind in the resort’s onsite gym, enjoy a relaxing dip in one of the two pools (outdoor & indoor) or take a picturesque stroll to discover the sites on offer at nearby Cavill Avenue. All apartments are modern, self contained and consist of two bedrooms and two bathrooms or three bedroom and two bathroom, making it ideal for families or a cost effective, corporate stay. For the comfort of guests, 24 hour security camera surveillance is maintained at Hi Surf Beachfront Resort Apartments. Guests are only able to access the floor on which they are staying through the use of their encoded key. We have basement carparking included with the apartment.

The Gold Coast is currently experiencing a large growth of new construction projects. Hi Surf, while not undergoing any works, will have construction work taking place on an adjacent block. We are advised works will begin from late December 2021 from 6:30am – 6:30pm Monday – Saturday. Expected completion 2028.

We appreciate this may cause some inconvenience to some of our guests.

However, If you are looking for an awesome place to stay, directly across from the beautiful sands of Surfers Paradise and understand that there may at times be some unavoidable noise. If your holiday plans include day trips to the Theme Parks and you plan to be out and about at the beach or exploring all that the Coast has to offer, then these works may not be of concern to you, and we look forward to welcoming you to stay with us.
