Situated in "Botanica at Rossiter", this contemporary apartment offers a relaxed and convenient stay in Darwin, with a light and airy layout and modern comforts to make you feel right at home. Start your morning with a cup of coffee from Cafe Central right beside the apartment, and when you’re not sampling the nearby restaurants, an open-plan kitchen and dining area has everything you need to cook and enjoy meals at home, including a dishwasher for easy clean-up, and a cosy four-seater table. The living area is thoughtfully furnished with a neutral, coastal-inspired colour scheme, complete with air-conditioning and a comfy sofa where you can settle in after a day of work or sightseeing. A cosy armchair by the window offers additional seating for a peaceful evening read, while the apartment’s ground floor location ensures easy access. After a day at the beach, freshen up in the immaculately appointed bathroom, complete with a walk-in shower. Two spacious bedrooms sleep a total of four guests, with the master bedroom featuring a queen-size bed while the second bedroom offers two single beds, making this an ideal stay for a family getaway. Both bedrooms feature air conditioning, ceiling fans and large windows offering plenty of natural light. There is one on-site, undercover parking spot and plenty of 24/7 free street parking.

Nightcliff Foreshore is a popular recreational space around 10 minutes' walk from your stay, offering food trucks and open-air restaurants as well as bike paths, outdoor exercise stations and a pool. Nightcliff Jetty is a picturesque spot to watch the stunning Darwin sunsets, while the Beachfront Hotel is a local favourite for food, drinks and live music. The Rapid Creek Markets, Darwin's oldest running market, is held every Saturday and Sunday at Rapid Creek Business Village. Less than 15 minutes’ walk from your stay, you'll find street food, arts and crafts stalls, and fresh produce. Rapid Creek Beach, Casuarina Beach and Nightcliff Beach are all within close distance of your stay, please be sure to check online beforehand whether the beaches are currently patrolled and suitable for swimming as conditions can change throughout the year.
