Angelena then joined the business and is now the senior Holiday Let Manager and Sales Consultant, Crystal is our Holiday Let Manager and Gaye is our Residential Property Manager. Premium Realty is a committed team that prides ourselves on achieving the highest occupancy rates and returns for our Holiday Lets. The Team at Premium Realty has a reputation for a high level of quality, personal service along with excellent income returns for owners. The Premium Realty team live on Bribie Island and the local area. This gives our guests and owners peace of mind if assistance is required. We are true locals when it comes to the Bribie Island region and can help guests with anything they need to know about Bribie Island and the surrounding district. WE LOVE WHERE WE LIVE! Welcome to Happiness on Hoya ‘Happiness on Hoya’ describes this beautiful canal front holiday rental located on the canals of Bongaree. A holiday home in a wonderful quite neighbourhood. This holiday home offers a modern open plan living/dining plus a restful outdoor area for entertaining, or just relaxing and enjoying the views of the canal. Along with a BBQ, there is a pontoon to moor your boat to or even to enjoy fishing from. This location is great for boaties as it has an easy access to Bribie Island passage via a canal lock which prohibits larger boats entry. The master bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom 2 single beds. Plus a separate laundry. The lounge room has a comfortable 3 piece lounge, smart TV, Wifi, aircon plus views of the canal. You are only a few minutes’ drive from all of the Bribie Island attractions including the beach, jetty, shops, cafes and clubs. All linen will be provided for your stay including 1 bath towel and 1 beach towel per person. You will also be provided with a complimentary pack of shampoo, conditioner, soap and body wash for your stay. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk and water is all provided to start you off.
