Great unit with room for the kids to play in fenced rear yard. The shared pontoon on canal that takes you out to beautiful Pumicestone Passage. (There will be no entrance by boat to the canal from the Pumicestone Passage from 12th August 2024 to 2nd October 2024 as there will be maintenance being completed on the lock) Fantastic views of canal from living area.
