A well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to enjoy meals at home. Enjoy your morning coffee at the dining table set for four. The kitchen is stocked with all the appliances and utensils you could possibly need including a fridge, dishwasher, oven and stove, toaster, kettle, slow cooker and sandwich press. Enjoy balmy Sydney evenings on your private patio fitted with alfresco dining setting, barbecue and provides access to the lush communal garden. At the end of the day retreat to your master bedroom. A plush king-sized mattress is topped with hotel-quality linens, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. There are bedside tables with reading lamps, a mirrored double wardrobe for storing your belongings and a ceiling fan. In the bathroom, there's a shower, hairdryer and complimentary amenities for you to use during your stay. An internal laundry offers a washer, dryer and ironing facilities, perfect for long-stay visitors. Whilst there is no dedicated parking space, there is free street parking.

Nestled on Sydney’s idyllic Northern Beaches, Brookvale offers the ultimate lifestyle location. It’s home to excellent cafes, breweries and shopping, and a short 10-minute drive to some of the city’s best beaches, including Manly, Freshwater and Curl Curl. Grab your morning coffee from Fuel Espresso Bar followed by a hearty brunch at Nine Yards Coffee. In the afternoon enjoy a pint at the 4 Pines Brewery Company Truck Bar, paired with classic beer food. For shopping, head to Westfield Warringah Mall with its department stores and designer fashion. While on the Northern Beaches don’t miss the famous 10km Spit Bridge to Manly walk, which takes in breathtaking scenery through bushland and along the harbour foreshore.
