This large entertainer's house has air-conditioning in the main living rooms, plus air-conditioning in 3 of the bedrooms. All 4 rooms have queen-size beds, with bedside tables with table lamps. There is a sofa lounge that pulls out to a king-size bed. There are also two king singles, one in the main bedroom (can be moved into lounge) and one upstairs. Ceiling fans throughout all bedrooms. All quality bathrooms include the essentials, such as body wash, shampoo, conditioner. Lounge has an 85 inch 4K TV with built-in Chromecast. Master bedroom downstairs has a 65 inch wall-mounted TV with Chromecast, en en-suite with a spa bath and shower over bath. Second bedroom upstairs also has it's own ensuite, air-con and a 65-inch TV. Third bedroom also has a 65-inch TV. There are two alfresco entertainment areas. One is to the side of the house, in a private, covered, tranquil garden setting. The other over-looks the pool, at the front of the house. Large covered outdoor area with a 3 seater lounge and outdoor dining. Kitchen has a Breville coffee machine with a built in coffee bean grinder. You also have a large fridge/freezer, a mini fridge in the outdoor area, microwave, dishwasher and full access to all kitchen utensils/pots/pans crockery and cutlery. Basic food including spices, spreads and cereals are yours to use. You will have access to the washer and dryer.The house and gardens are pet-friendly. I run my own private tour business and am available to pick you up from the airport, private tours or one off drop offs. I live on the Gold Coast with my labrador Harry. I am from Perth originally, spent 20 years in Melbourne, been on the Gold Coast on and off for 25 years now. I love the beach and the sunshine. I reside in Mermaid Beach, so I am only 10 mins away if needed, or, if I am interstate, I have emergency tradespeople that can be on hand if needed.

This is a very quiet neighbourhood, although quite close to the action of Surfers and Broadbeach. Our little island is called Florida Gardens. There is only one road in, so not much traffic. There are three parks on the island. The biggest one is right across the road and has access to the canal. You can walk to the light-rail and it's only a 10 min walk, then another 2 mins to the beach. I'ts a 12 minute walk to the light rail stop. The light rail can take you south to Broadbeach and Pacific Fair, or North, through Surfers, Southport, right up to Helensvale and then off to Brisbane. There is plenty of parking on the street, or in the two car garage.
