Hi, the climate in Nelson Bay / Port Stephens is generally mild. As we are close to the water. We do have a a/c/ heater in the main room, however if you require additional blankets we can arrange something.Answered on 3 February 2024Hi! Is the property accessible? I can see the driveway is steep. However once parked, is it a flat easy walk to the front door? Thanks !
Hi, the driveway may appears steep, however it’s not to bad (I am used to it). But just once you are in, everything is walking distance to the Nelson Bay town centre and Dutchmans beach. It is a bit hilly.Answered on 3 February 2024
