This is a once-in-a-lifetime chance to enjoy a great English cottage with many European experiences. This home offers you breathtaking views in a quiet neighbourhood. It's near all the amenities, including a Golf club and railway station and easily accessible to Goldcoast and Brisbane city
Hello, We are Manj, and Jack immigrated from the UK --between us, we have four beautiful boys who were born in London, and we moved to this beautiful city of Springfield lakes a decade ago and built this English cottage ( The Arcadia - meaning "Heavenly" ) We both are in Medical Fields and we strive for the cleanliness of the home constantly, which will be resembled during your stay -- we both love and enjoy travelling, and our spare time is spent gardening. We are an energetic, honest, well-mannered, family-driven couple who aims to provide an excellent, affordable service for families, especially during this financial turmoil. Whether you are looking for the best new restaurant nearby, a great day hike, or even a local picnic spot with your young ones, we are happy to share our favourite places with you!
Springfield Lakes, Queensland, Australia Extremely close to Lions Stadium, Railway station, buses, Orion - a large Shopping centre, USQ university campus, TAFE, Mater Hospital, Brookwater golf centre and easily accessible to Ipswich town, Brisbane, Gold coast and Sunshine coast. Quiet neighbourhood with ample car parking, a beautiful pathway for long walks, with an extraordinary garden onsite, including a secret garden. Extreme Privacy will be a bonus - even a 2-minute walk to local restaurants and coffee shops-- you will feel like you are in a heavenly place which is what the word "ARCADIA " stands for... The most affordable home around the area -with plenty of on-street free parking - is an easily visible home with a white picket fence and pencil pine trees. Easily notable by its name, " The Arcadia ", meaning Heavenly. It's an English cottage, and the door colour will be Red - which is very welcoming! This masterpiece is designed with white colour throughout, and the home is very leafy, with plenty of free and clean fresh air to breathe.
