If you wish to spend the day at the races, Ascot Racecourse is only 5 minutes’ drive away, or you can take a short trip to the Swan Valley wine region, only 15 minutes’ drive. Perth city centre is less than a 20-minute drive from Ellard B&B. Enjoy a cup of tea or coffee with your daily breakfast, which includes cereal, bread, yoghurt, juices and jams. You can unwind after a long day in the guest lounge. There is also an outdoor seating area available. Your air-conditioned room offers an electric kettle, a refrigerator and a work desk. Some rooms have an en suite bathroom equipped with a hairdryer and free toiletries.

  • hi! we’ll arriveat Perth airport at 10pm, do you offer an airport shuttle or can we still get to your accommodation by public transport in the night?

    Our airport pickup service is at an extra charge of $25 and it runs up to 10pm. If you arrive after 10pm we recommend you catching an uber/taxi here.

We are located within minutes from Perth Airport which makes it a perfect place for a stop over or a transit. We offer Free Continental Breakfast and Free WIFI.
There is a supermarket, a pharmacy, post office, some shops and some restaurants and take away food places within 5 minutes walking distance. The bus stop to the city of Perth Airport Terminal 3/4 is only 100 metres away.
