Brand new Townhouse! A well presented, brand new home offering a great lifestyle in the heart of Flemington. Located off the main road, spacious open plan kitchen, dining and living area, filled with natural light and large windows to private balcony, kitchen with ample storage , dishwasher, gas stove top, electric oven and fridge, master bedroom with ensuite, 2 further double bedrooms with built in robes, family bathroom with dual access to 2nd bedroom, laundry with washing machine and dryer included & 3rd toilet upstairs. -2 mins driving to Melbourne Showground or Racecourse carnival -7mins driving to Melbourne zoo or Royal Children Hospital - 11 mins driving to Queen Victoria Market or Melbourne University
