Country Club Villas has a strict NO PARTY POLICY and you agree there is to be no excessive noise or disturbance of other guests. Should Management have to request your noise levels to be reduced, Management reserves the right to terminate your accommodations at any time without any refund of your accommodations or bond.

A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
