Discover coastal living at its best from the comfort of this stunning, four-bedroom home, perfectly located within walking distance to beaches, cafes and shops and just a short drive from all the attractions of the city. A bright, open-plan layout over two levels offers multiple spaces to relax and entertain, with large sliding glass doors making the most of sea breezes and allowing natural light to pour in. On the ground floor, the fully equipped chef’s kitchen – complete with a scullery – has everything you need to cook up a feast at home. Eat at the kitchen island, around the eight-seater table, or kick back in the lounge area with a movie. If you’d prefer to dine al fresco, simply open the glass doors from the living area and head out to the undercover patio, where a table setting and additional seating provide ample space to enjoy this leafy, private sanctuary. Upstairs, three bedrooms accommodate six guests. The luxurious primary bedroom features a king bed, a full bathroom with double basins, a private lounge area complete with a sofa and TV, and a walk-in robe and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and a desk, and the third bedroom offers a double bed and a dedicated workspace for uninterrupted video calls. There is also a kitchenette upstairs with a coffee machine, mini fridge and sink. In the main bathroom upstairs, you'll find a stylish, floating vanity and walk-in shower, plus all the essentials including soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hairdryer. There’s also a bathtub where guests can indulge in a leisurely soak. Downstairs, the fourth bedroom offers a queen-size bed sleeping two more guests, as well as its own ensuite and private outdoor area, ensuring plenty of privacy. Other conveniences include Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and heating throughout, multiple dedicated workspaces including an office with gaming monitors, a piano and exercise equipment. There is a third toilet, secure parking, and laundry facilities.

Como Beach is a 20-minute walk, or a couple of minutes' drive, making it easy to pop down for a morning dip. Pick up a coffee at a nearby cafe and take a relaxing stroll out along the jetty. Neil McDougall Park is a 15-minute walk, where you'll find plenty of peaceful, grassy areas for a picnic as well as a kids' playground, large shade trees, and a beautiful lake. All the restaurants, shops and sights of the Perth CBD are less than 15 minutes' drive, where popular attractions include Kings Park and Botanic Garden, and Perth Zoo.
