Centrally located in a quiet cul-de-sac, this beautifully appointed, recently renovated, pet friendly home is just 3.5 kms from the Brisbane CBD and just a short walk to the train station, ferry service, buses and nearby Toowong village shopping centre. Complete with high ceilings, Queenslander tradition and charm, this 3 bedroom home provides accommodation for up to six people. The main bedroom has a new queen size, pillow top bed while the second and third bedrooms both have two singles. Featuring polished floors, the house is air-conditioned, with separate living and dining areas and a second sitting area allowing for two TVs, a DVD, foxtel and additional privacy and comfort. The newly renovated, modern kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel oven, cook top, microwave and dishwasher with beautiful caesar stone benches throughout, opening onto the rear deck offering city views, a B-B-Q and outdoor furniture for your comfort.

I am married and have three children now having left school and pursuing their own careers. l love hosting guests from all around the world and enjoy hearing their stories and listening to their adventures. I love to spend time with my family, play golf, garden and pursue all sorts of cultural activities whether it be musical recitals, museum displays or interesting speakers.
The "Central Cottage" neighbourhood is very friendly and beautiful.The tree lined streets are home to many old Queenslander style houses and the convenience of this area has been highlighted within it`s name - the Cottage is central to everything including shopping centres, restaurants, schools, universities, tourist attractions and most importantly public transport.
