Themed on architecture of the Greek islands, the home promotes a feeling of connection with the famous Greek Orthodox Church one kilometre down the road at Prevelly. The home is nestled amongst its own 8 acres (shared with the Managers cottage) and is located 3 minutes from the famous Surfers Point and 10 minutes from Town. There are cycle/walkways near the property that lead to both. The safe family beach of Gnarabup with the renowned “White Elephant’s” coffee and The Commons Bistro are less than 2 kms further on. Carpe Mykonos looks over its’ tennis court and pavilion (which it shares with Carpe Vino, the adjoining property), to the Indian Ocean beyond. Tennis racquets and balls are provided. Fully appointed with brand-new equipment and furnishings this white lime bagged residence comprises 4 bedrooms 3 bathrooms and a large outdoor deck. It comfortably accommodates up to 10 people.
