We are a young family of 4 (2 humans, 2 doggos) who built a life in Melbourne and then decided to move back to Victoria's hometown (Vienna, Austria) to be closer to family. We love our little Carlton Oasis, and have a village of support. And so we thought, we would make this a home for anyone visiting from near and far!

Carlton is the Italian precinct of Melbourne with Lygon Street being its foremost address. You are 12mins by tram (which stops right outside your door) away from the CBD. A 2 minute walk takes you to the nearest supermarket, cinemas, cafes, bakeries, shops, restaurants and bars. You are in the middle of it all. Melbourne Uni and other Unis are a 2-5 minute walk. Royal Melbourne hospital is a 10 minute walk. The next precinct down is the culture and lifestyle precinct of Fitzroy, a 7 minute walk away. We have a free, secure parking spot in front of our door. The 1 & 6 Trams to and from the city/beach stop right outside the gate as well. Carlton is bike friendly and the city and other great precincts are in walking distance
