Property information

A delightful studio nestled in a tranquil residential neighborhood, just a short stroll away from the picturesque Maroubra Beach. The bus stop next to the building will give you a quick trip to the domestic airport, Bondi Junction, Sydney CBD, etc. This room is located right next to the main road, and the backyard features a large lawn. The building is relatively old and may have some long-standing maintenance problems. We will inform guests of the actual situation and hope their expectations are not too high. However, we will ensure the rooms are clean and strive to provide a comfortable environment for our guests. Regarding pest issues, we have also prepared insecticides. Thank you.
