This two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment has a sought-after location just off Chapel Street, where you’ll find numerous bars, restaurants, cafes and boutiques. You’re never far from parks, theatres and sporting facilities. It also has secure parking and easy access to trains and trams, which makes accessing St Kilda and the Melbourne CBD a breeze. Relax in the light-filled dining and living room, prepare meals in the sleek, open kitchen and enjoy drinks out on the front terrace. This is a ground-floor apartment with excellent living space. The main entry is off a furnished terrace overlooking the street. It leads into a living and dining room with a four-person table, comfy seating and natural light. The adjacent kitchen has upmarket appliances. A long hallway leads down to the two bedrooms, including one with king-size bedding. They share a modern bathroom. There’s also a full laundry, beautiful timber flooring and ample storage space.
