Guests arriving outside reception opening hours can check in using the hotel's check-in machine. To receive the password, guests are requested to contact the hotel prior to arrival, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.

All guests are required to provide a valid photo ID at check-in. Failure to provide government-issued, valid photo identification will result in your booking being canceled.

The supervision of guests under 18 years of age remains the responsibility of their parent or legal guardian whilst at a YHA property. Guests under 18 years of age are not permitted to stay in Co-living shared dormitory rooms, they can only be accommodated in private rooms.
