Please note: our Restaurant and Bar are closed on all public holidays. Located 20 minutes’ drive from Melbourne’s CBD, or 30 minutes' by tram. The tram stop for route 109 is 100m from the hotel, route 16 & 48 are also easily accessible. Hotel 115 is 8 minutes’ walk from the Art Deco shops, cafes and restaurants of Kew. Hawthorn and Balwyn are both 5 minutes’ drive away. There are 6 golf courses in the area all within 10 minutes’ drive.
