Recently relisted in September 24 after an extended break (see the previous Award for our previous 9.3 guest ratings). This lovely townhouse is located in the heart of Leederville a vibrant urban village with a great entertainment area. The best location! Its just two minutes walk to cafes, restaurants, shops, supermarket, arthouse cinema and public transport. A 5 min drive to the city and an easy stroll to beautiful Lake Monger, Beaty Park pool & gym. Leederville Executive Townhouse has everything you require tea coffee, toiletries, laundry supplies and spotlessly maintained. Recently relisted after a break.
Anka used to run arthouse cinemas and Wilfrid ran a software company. We love travelling and meeting people from all over the world. When we travel we like to find places that are comfortable, clean and homely. We believe in making your experience the same as what we would want and will do our best to make sure you enjoy your stay in Perth. Leederville has it all. A great selection of restaurants, cafes, shopping, movie theatre, supermarket, swimming pool centre and gymnasium. There's a train staion a short 5 minute walk away and a free tourist bus service next to it. Its less than 2 kms from the Perth city centre and a 5 minute drive to beautiful Kings Park..
