Bermagui on Sunset is a newish 3 bedroom home in the middle of Phillip Island. The entire house is booked and sleeps 8, in Bedroom 1 King Size bed with ensuite, Bedroom 2 Queen size bed, and Bedroom 3 Double Bunk bed with single on top (also a single pullout mattress). There is a separate TV room adjacent to the bedrooms with a sliding door for privacy. The main space contains a fully fitted out kitchen, dining room and large sofa and TV area. Outside has a decking out of the rain and sun overlooking the lawn. Perfect for families or even 2 families. It has parking available for 3 or 4 cars depending on size in the driveway. It also has a medium sized backyard with BBQ. Previous guests have used the house for Weddings, the Grand Prix, Penguins, Whales and Family holidays.
My name is Andrew and my partner Kimberley are happy to share our very happy place where we like to relax and enjoy the island. The house is used mainly by family's or two where the parents can relax while the kids enjoy the sun. So much to do or do nothing.
Bermagui on Sunset is located centrally on the Island. 1.8km from Smiths Beach, 3km from The GP Track, 1 km from Rusty Water brewery and Amaze & Things, the house is the perfect getaway to start exploring what the island has to offer. The Penguin Parade is only 10km drive away and the Shearing Shed wedding venue about 3km. Family friendly with a back deck to sit on while the kids play in the backyard. Cowes is the main shopping district and is only 4km away with many restaurants to choose from. ( NOTE: Single nights stays available most of the year). Surfing the beaches, Hiking on the Island, looking for whales during the seasons and just generally enjoying all the island has to offer are all easily accessible from Sunset Strip. Golf, Go Karting, Winery's, Bowling, Rock-climbing, Restaurants, Fishing are all on the Island usually within 10km of the house
