This immaculately presented 4bedroom house will be sure to impress, as it is beautifully renovated to the highest quality and fully equipped for a wonderful stay. Located only a stones throw to Pacific fair and walking distance to the beautiful Gold Coast beaches and the Star Casino. The House offers full privacy with a fully fenced 612m2 block. With a large sparkling inground pool, a Pool Hut entertaining space and a large butlers pantry, it will well cater for the entire family.
Quite residential street 2mins walk to Pacific Fair. 5mins walk to Star City Casino. 10mins walk to Mermaid Beach.
