Select a good read from the bookshelf and recline in the sitting nook by the window under the streaming sunshine or enjoy Netflix and Amazon Prime (own subscription required) from the comfort of the luxe queen bed. The kitchen is sleek with modern light fittings illuminating the stone bench top. An induction stove, oven and small appliances are supplied to ensure you can cook up a storm at home. Bar stools tuck in next to the kitchen making for a convenient breakfast bar, while a neat multifunctional table is nested in for meals or working at home. Fall asleep to the sparkling harbour lights and rise with the sun drenched treetops of the park. Block out blinds can be used for those hotter months and portable heaters and fans are supplied to temper the room. Make yourself at home by utilising the clothing storage with hangers, an iron and a washing machine. Unwind in the large shower recess and enjoy modern tiling, cabinetry and large bright windows. This building is great for outdoor entertainment as a pool and picnic area is onsite for communal use. Take the stress out of city parking as this building provides plenty of secure on-site spots for your vehicle (one vehicle permitted only for the apartment).

In two-minutes arrive at Rushcutters Bay Park and follow the beautiful walking path alongside charming sail boats and soak up the unparalleled harbour bridge view. Stop on the way at The Navy Bear for a coffee on the wharf or join the many picnickers. In a mere 10-minute from your door, Kings Cross train station will connect you all over Sydney. The suburb of Potts Point on the next peninsula, buzzing with renowned restaurants such as Cho Cho San, Yellow and Ms G's. For the tennis lovers Rushcutters Bay Tennis Center is a two-minute walk away. For a day roaming boutique fashion stores we recommend heading to the gorgeous suburb of Paddington, in a short five-minute drive, enjoy getting lost in the leafy heritage terraces such as the famous William Street.
