When you can tear yourself away from the gorgeous marina view from your private balcony, within a few minutes walk you can be enjoying the crystal clear waters and white sandy beaches of Geographe Bay. There is also a protected swim and fishing area for the kids with BBQ facilities and playground just a 3 minute walk away. 4 doors down from the property you can enjoy a drink or dinner overlooking the Marina at The Deck Restaurant and Bar. Only a ten minutes drive or a 24 minute cycle and you are in the centre of Busselton where you can take a 1.8-kilometre stroll or train ride over the Indian Ocean on the longest timber-piled jetty in the southern hemisphere and visit Australia's best artificial reef that can be viewed by stepping into the Underwater Observatory. For the Adults take a day or more and check out the abundance of award winning wineries, breweries, cheese and gourmet food locations the southwest has on offer. All are only a short drive away or alternatively organise a day out with one of the many local tour group providers. The local Breweries are also a great place for kids with most having large play areas and organise additional school holiday activities.
