Per head this newly renovated accommodation is good value!! This private and secure two-level townhouse sleeps eight comfortably and has its own private spa for guests to use during their stay. Features include: - Secure free parking. - Free Wi-Fi and large smart TV. - Suitable for holiday, business & family friendly (cot & child gates). - Private courtyard, outdoor seating, BBQ and jetted spa. - Close to the heart of the CBD, waterfront and markets. - Private and comfortable. - Pets are allowed upon negotiation, with an additional cleaning fee. - There are two carparks, one in the main complex courtyard and another in the townhouse's own locked garage secured by an automatic roller door. In addition to this property, we also host a four-bedroom townhouse in The Gardens (close by) which hosts 9 persons plus - 2 sofa beds.
This townhouse is a few minutes drive from the CBD and within walking distance of car rental business, shops and public transport. It is ideal for business or pleasure. This is a quiet neighbourhood and the townhouse it one of five in a private complex. This townhouse is close to all amenities and will feel like a home away from home.
